Poulaphouca, officiellement Pollaphuca, est le nom d'une cascade et d'un pont sur la rivière Liffey entre le comté de Wicklow et le comté de Kildare. Il est principalement connu pour sa centrale hydroélectrique et le lac artificiel qui en résulte, connu sous le nom de réservoir de Poulaphouca, lac de Poulaphouca ou lacs de Blessington. L'ancienne célèbre cascade de Poulaphouca n'a plus beaucoup d'eau qui s'écoule dessus en raison du projet hydroélectrique.
