Le château de Saunderson est situé sur la route Cavan – Clones (N54) à environ 18 km au nord de Cavan Town et à 7 km à l'est de Belturbet. Roulez sur 1,5 km dans le domaine et suivez les panneaux pour la promenade du château. Un stationnement est disponible à proximité du château. Le domaine du château de Saunderson abrite également Scouting Ireland, qui dispose d'un grand centre de scoutisme dans le domaine que vous verrez sur votre gauche en approchant du château. Suivez la courte boucle autour du château, en prenant le temps de lire les panneaux sur l'histoire fascinante de ce bâtiment historique.
