Le col Ferret est un col alpin reliant le val Ferret italien au val Ferret suisse, de Courmayeur à Orsières .
Le toponyme « col Ferret » indique couramment le Grand col Ferret , la plus haute étape du Tour du Mont-Blanc, très fréquenté en raison de sa facilité d'accès des deux versants. En particulier, l'ascension du versant italien est favorisée par le refuge Elena. Côté suisse, l'ascension part de Ferret où on se rend avec le car postal ou, en voiture, environ 50 m de dénivelé plus haut. À droite de la route on descend légèrement, puis on suit une route de terre, ascendante par lacets, jusqu'au bâtiment Alp La Peula , et finalement un chemin plus étroit, mais facile jusqu'au col. Par beau temps, il offre un panorama sur le mont Dolent et son glacier, ainsi que les Grandes Jorasses.
