La gare de Prato-Tires est une gare sans trafic sur la ligne Brenner-Bolzano. Elle a desservi la ville de Prato all'Isarco et la commune voisine de Tires, toutes deux en haute vallée de l'Isarco.
Bien que les travaux de redéfinition de l'itinéraire de la ligne Brenner - achevés en 1999 - l'aient maintenue sur le nouvel itinéraire, depuis lors, la gare de Prato-Tires est sans trafic. En même temps que l'ouverture de la nouvelle ligne, certains bâtiments accessoires ont été démolis.
