Le théâtre municipal Angelo Masini est un théâtre de Faenza situé piazza Nenni, 3. Conçu par Giuseppe Pistocchi et décoré par Felice Giani, y compris les statues et les bas-reliefs d'Antonio Trentanove, c'est un chef-d'œuvre de l'architecture néoclassique.
Dans la seconde moitié du XVIIIe siècle, les représentations théâtrales à Faenza avaient lieu dans une salle du Palais du podestà du XVe siècle. La structure en bois utilisée comme théâtre étant désormais en ruine, il fut décidé de construire un nouveau bâtiment. Une zone derrière le palais municipal fut identifiée.
