La Fortezza del Varignano, également connue sous le nom de Forte del Varignano, est un complexe de fortifications et de casernes situé à La Spezia en Italie. Elle abrite l’unité spéciale COMSUBIN de la marine italienne.
Le site est situé près du lieu Le Grazie, dans la commune de Porto Venere, sur la péninsule éponyme qui délimite le golfe de La Spezia au sud-ouest. Il se trouve donc à un endroit stratégiquement important qui contrôle l’entrée dans le golfe et, par conséquent, l’accès à la base navale de La Spezia.
