L'Accademia Musicale Chigiana (académie de musique de Chigi, souvent appelée simplement Chigiana) est un institut musical international fondé en 1932 à Sienne par le bienfaiteur le comte Guido Chigi Saracini. Son objectif était d'offrir des formations avancées et des masterclass pour les instrumentistes et chanteurs formés au classique. Le comte a mis ses biens à la disposition de l'académie, y compris le bâtiment dans lequel l'académie est située.
