L'Église du Vol en Égypte est une église catholique romaine située au bord de l'eau de La Valette à Floriana, Malte. L'église a été construite au XVIIIe siècle selon le design baroque d'Andrea Belli pour le service spirituel des travailleurs des Pinto Stores. L'église a été frappée par des bombardements aériens pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale en 1941 et a ensuite été restaurée en 1989 mais est restée non consacrée. Elle a été rouverte pour le service religieux en 2006 en même temps que le bord de l'eau de La Valette. L'actuel recteur est Paul Attard.
