La tour Sainte-Marie , également connue sous le nom de tour Comino , est une des tours côtières de Malte située sur l'île de Comino à Malte. La tour, construite en 1618 et faisant partie des six tours de Wignacourt, a été utilisée par les forces armées de Malte jusqu'en 2002 et fait aujourd'hui partie de Din l-Art Ħelwa.
La tour est un point de repère important de Comino et peut être clairement vue de Malte et de Gozo, ainsi que du ferry entre les îles.
