Le Keutenberg est peut-être la montée la plus redoutée du pays vallonné. Surtout le début est très raide. Les 22% indiqués y sont atteints brièvement. Les 500 premiers mètres sont les plus difficiles. Vous commencez par 50m à 20% puis vous grimpez pendant 450m avec une moyenne d'environ 15%. Après 500m, vous passez le panneau de la localité Keutenberg et vous croisez le célèbre panneau 22%. Sur le plateau en direction de la ferme Blankenberg, ça monte avec un 'faux plat'.
