La *Munte, *Munter Ae, *Munter Ee, *Termunter Aa, Oude Ae ou Oude Æ est une ancienne rivière dans l'Est de la Groningue entre Wildervank et Termunten. La Munte aurait donné son nom aux lieux Termunten et Muntendam, ainsi qu'au Termunterzijlvest. Fockema Andreae met cependant en garde contre des conclusions hâtives : "Que l'Ae ait un jour été appelée Munte ou Munter Ae n'est qu'une hypothèse".
