Le Couple de Weerdinge est composé de deux corps de tourbe datant de l'âge du fer néerlandais, découverts le 29 juin 1904 par le travailleur de la tourbe Hilbrand Gringhuis dans le Weerdingerveen près de Weerdinge, dans la province de Drenthe. Les corps de tourbe se trouvent maintenant au Musée Drents à Assen.
Après la découverte, les corps ont été transférés à la morgue du cimetière de Nieuw-Weerdinge. Pour ce faire, les corps ont été enroulés et placés dans une petite boîte.
