Le cimetière Hoflaan est un cimetière à Zoetermeer. L'entrée principale est située sur la Buytenparklaan et a une superficie d'environ 10 hectares. Après que le conseil municipal a décidé que le cimetière Binnenweg, ouvert en 1956, ne serait plus étendu, il a été décidé vers 1974 d'ouvrir un deuxième cimetière dans la zone de loisirs 'nord-ouest'. Le cimetière Hoflaan a été mis en service en 1978. Jusqu'en 2010, un hall et une maison de gardien étaient présents à l'ancienne entrée sur la Hoflaan, ceux-ci ont été démolis en 2010.
