Le phare de Isla Cabras était un phare situé sur Isla Cabras rattachée administrativement à la municipalité de Ceiba, à Porto Rico.Il a été détruit en 1966.
Isla Cabras est un îlot rocheux situé au large de Ceiba dans le passage de Vieques. Comme ce passage était devenue une voie maritime importante durant la domination coloniale espagnole à Porto Rico la construction d'un phare fut rendu nécessaire sur cette île. Après la guerre hispano-américaine de 1898, les USA ont entrepris cette construction en 1904. Le phare fut mis en service en 1908. Elle abritait le Roosevelt Roads Naval Station de l'United States Navy.
