L'Eisriesenwelt è una grotta naturale di calcare e ghiaccio situata a Werfen, in Austria, a circa 40 km a sud di Salisburgo. La grotta si trova all'interno del monte Hochkogel nella sezione Tennengebirge delle Alpi. È la più grande grotta di ghiaccio al mondo, che si estende per oltre 42 km e visitata da circa 200.000 turisti ogni anno. L'Eisriesenwelt è stata formata dal fiume Salzach, che ha eroso il terreno creando passaggi nella montagna. Le formazioni di ghiaccio nella grotta si sono formate dallo scioglimento della neve che si è drenata nella grotta e si è congelata durante l'inverno.
