La Nadel di Rumer è una formazione rocciosa alta 1374 m s.l.m. sul versante meridionale della catena montuosa dell'Inn sopra Rum in Tirolo. Il torrione roccioso alto 30 metri della Nadel di Rumer si trova a sud della cima di Rumer, circa 800 metri a nord-est della malga di Rumer e 400 metri a sud-ovest della Vintlalm. La scalata della Nadel richiede arrampicata di IV grado sulla scala UIAA. Sulla sua cima si trova un gnome da giardino. La formazione rocciosa è costituita da rocce carbonatiche della formazione di Reichenhall. La Nadel di Rumer è conosciuta anche tra gli slackliner, la slackline viene tesa dalla cima della Nadel di Rumer per una lunghezza di 25 metri e fino a 40 metri sopra il suolo verso un promontorio roccioso ad est.
