L'equilibrio tra salita e discesa caratterizza questo percorso, che si svolge esclusivamente su asfalto. Su questo percorso per mountain bike di 17 chilometri, classificato come facile, gli appassionati di ciclismo potranno godere di una splendida vista sulla valle dell'Inn.
Da Mutters si pedala sulla strada in direzione Götzens. Prima di arrivare a Götzens si attraversa Neu Götzens. Questo è anche l'unico punto di svolta che potrebbe sfuggirvi. 150 metri prima della chiesa si deve girare a sinistra in direzione Götzner Alm, e poi subito a destra su strade secondarie per Axams (1 ora da Mutters). Alla rotonda alla periferia occidentale del paese, si prende la deviazione per Grinzens. Si prosegue sulla strada principale attraverso Grinzens e su una strada asfaltata un po' più stretta fino alla destinazione della tappa a Sellrain (1 ora da Axams).
