Torgny è il villaggio belga più meridionale, grande 574 ha, e conta oltre 200 abitanti. Si trova a prendere il sole nell'angolo estremo meridionale della provincia del Lussemburgo, che si spinge come un'isoletta in Francia. Oggi è una frazione di Rouvroy.
Il nucleo del villaggio di Torgny è una vera sfilata di edifici del XVIII e XIX secolo. Nessuna costruzione recente interrompe l'armonia. Vi si trovano una cinquantina di edifici risalenti tra il 1741 e il 1882, una wash-house neoclassica, antiche mura, una modesta chiesa dedicata a San Martino e in alcuni luoghi un bel gioco di tetti, poiché a Torgny alcuni tetti hanno ancora tegole rotonde romane. Nei dintorni si trovano alcune vigne e una notevole riserva naturale (una ex cava) con piante e animali molto rari per il nostro paese.
