La chiesa di San Remigio è un edificio ecclesiastico a Neervelp, nel comune belga di Boutersem, nella provincia del Brabante Fiammingo. La chiesa si trova lungo la Klein-Heidestraat e la Vertrijksestraat ed è circondata da un cimitero murato.
L'edificio è composto da un campanile a ovest incorporato, una navata unica con tre campate, un piccolo transetto e un coro a tre lati chiuso. La facciata ovest è inarenaria costruita in stile classicheggiante ed è dotata di un portale e tre finestre a arco segmentato. Nello stesso stile sono dotate le altre finestre dell'edificio. Il campanile ha su ogni lato un'apertura ad arco tondo e è coperto da un pinnacolo a guglia. Contro il coro sono state costruite basse sacrestie. All'interno si trovano volte a crociera su pilastri costruite in stile classicheggiante.
