Wulpen è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Fiandre Occidentali e una frazione del comune costiero di Koksijde. Wulpen era un comune autonomo fino alla riorganizzazione comunale del 1971, quando si fusero con Oostduinkerke. Wulpen si trova dietro l'antico embankment ferroviario Nieuwpoort-Diksmuide, che ha svolto un ruolo chiave durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale nella Battaglia dell'Yser.
