Abolens è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Liegi ed è parte del comune di Hannuit. Il villaggio ha oltre 300 abitanti e si estende per 271 ha. Sul territorio di Abolens scorrono il Jeker e il Grande Bek.
Il villaggio è stato descritto per la prima volta nell'anno 1250, allora scritto come Abolenz, in onore del dio germanico Aboldus. Durante la Rivoluzione francese, il villaggio è stato accorpato a Poucet. Dopo che Abolens è tornato indipendente, nel 1822 Abolens è stato nuovamente accorpato al villaggio di Lens-Saint-Remy. Nel 1881 Abolens voleva di nuovo diventare indipendente da questo villaggio.
