Millen è un villaggio e frazione di Riemst nella provincia fiamminga del Limburgo. Millen conta 1535 abitanti.
Millen è stata menzionata per la prima volta per iscritto nel 1143, come Millina. È possibile che il nome derivi da "mul", ovvero terreno sabbioso, mentre il suolo di Millen ha una struttura molto solida ed è composto in gran parte da terreno argilloso.
