L'Arco del Trionfo del Parco del Giubileo è un monumento che è stato eretto a Bruxelles su iniziativa del re Leopoldo II in occasione del cinquantesimo anniversario dell'indipendenza belga prima del 1880. La prima serie di monumenti è un solo arco. In occasione del 75° anniversario, il complesso è stato adattato, lasciando spazio per alcune attuali interpretazioni sul finanziamento delle metamorfosi. Il politico socialista Emile Vandervelde avrebbe chiamato nel mezzo dell'aula parlamentare "le arcate delle mani mozzate", per denunciare il finanziamento dei lavori con i fondi del rubbbero congolese.
