La chiesa di Nostra Signora dell'Immacolata Concezione è la chiesa parrocchiale di Hulst, un villaggio a est di Tessenderlo. La chiesa si trova lungo la Hulsterweg.
Nel 1908 fu costruita a Hulst una chiesa temporanea, nella quale veniva celebrata la messa settimanale proveniente da Tessenderlo. Nel 1911 la cappellania di Hulst fu elevata a parrocchia. La chiesa definitiva fu completata nel 1928, ma fu consacrata solo nel 1938. L'architetto era Joseph Deré. È una chiesa in mattoni in stile gotico moderno. Inizialmente la chiesa aveva un campanile, ma questo fu demolito nel 1956, lasciando solo un piccolo torretta di accesso accanto all'ingresso.
