Nonostante i numerosi saccheggi, la cappella è ancora in uso. Regolarmente vengono accesi ceri e rimane un luogo per appuntamenti e incontri. Sul retro della corona che abbellisce il tetto è riportato l'anno 1890. Tuttavia, la cappella è ancora più antica. La statua in quercia, Nostra Signora con il grappolo d'uva, dà il nome alla cappella. È conservata nella chiesa di San Bavo a Zittaart. I pellegrini possono riposare sulle panchine e anche per le persone del circondario è un luogo di incontro molto utilizzato. La cappella si trova all'angolo tra Speeltuinstraat e Engstraat, vicino al parco giochi Kinderweelde.
