La serie è stata girata nell'edificio del tribunale di Gand. Ci sono state anche riprese a Lede, Kruishoutem, nella piscina LAGO Gent Rozebroeken e a Gent e nei comuni limitrofi. Le scene al cinema sono state girate a Sint-Gillis-Dendermonde nel Cinema Albert. Quando Frie è mostrato in prigione, ciò avviene nella prigione De Koepel a Breda. Questa prigione non è più in servizio ed è usata, tra l'altro, per un gioco di fuga dalla prigione.
