Parigi-Bruxelles è stata fino agli anni '90, insieme a Milano-Sanremo, una delle classiche più lunghe del calendario. Nonostante la storia, questa semi-classica non ha mai ricevuto il nome e la fama che meritava. Il Keperenberg era nella vecchia edizione quasi l'ultima salita di rilievo, prima che i corridori finissero sulla Houba de Strooperlaan davanti allo stadio Re Baldovino. Oggi la gara si chiama: Brussels Cycling Classic.
