Dietro le siepi verdi del cimitero di Berchem si trova un tesoro di scoperte che ti aspetta. Le tombe di notabili locali e artisti sono a tratti impressionanti. Oltre ai tipici monumenti funerari bianchi di tre soldati britannici, qui sono stati sepolti anche molti soldati belgi caduti. Da notare i 179 betulle in onore delle vittime civili della Seconda Guerra Mondiale.
