Qui produce con passione birre come Joske (una tripla dorata locale), Lily (una birra non filtrata secca e luppolata), Lewis (una fresca birra scura regionale) e Knots birra naturale. Non c'è posto migliore di questo birrificio per ascoltare alcune testimonianze di persone che lavoravano nei forni di mattoni.
