Il mulino Roomanmolen è un residuo di mulino a vento situato nel comune di Sint-Niklaas, nella località di Belsele, al numero 17 di Belseledorp. Il mulino è stato costruito nel 1862. Già nel 1870 fu fondata accanto al mulino a vento una macinazione a vapore. L'attività del mulino continuò ancora per un certo periodo, ma nel 1923 le pale e la cupola furono rimosse. La macinazione meccanica rimase in uso fino al 1960. Intorno al 2000, il tronco fu dotato di una nuova copertura e fu di nuovo aggiunta una passerella, tuttavia questa era di metallo e più stretta rispetto all'originale. Il tronco è stato convertito in abitazione. L'impianto di macinazione a energia eolica è completamente scomparso. Al piano terra, che fungeva da macinazione meccanica, sono ancora presenti alcuni resti di questa installazione.
