Appena fuori dal Ring di Bruxelles si trova la Ferme du Chaudron. La vecchia fattoria è stata ristrutturata e arricchita con nuovi padiglioni. Gli architetti di 51N4E e Plant en Houtgoed hanno puntato sulla sinergia tra architettura e natura nel loro progetto. Per le nuove aggiunte hanno utilizzato materiali biologici come legno, calce e canapa. Invece di una fattoria, questo è diventato un ambiente di lavoro produttivo, con un ristorante, un negozio di alimentari, spazi per eventi e un orto condiviso.
