Tra un insieme di edifici aziendali e abitazioni della seconda metà del 19° e della prima metà del 20° secolo troviamo un gioiello dell'arte nouveau ai numeri 116-118. Si tratta dell'abitazione dell'architetto-imprenditore Theodoor Vermeulen (1902).
Il n. 116 ha sopra la porta un bas-relievo di Romolo e Remo nutriti da una lupa. I numeri 116 e 118 differiscono notevolmente l'uno dall'altro, ma presentano anche somiglianze: le finestre ad arco leggermente appuntite, le logge, le gronde sporgenti.
Il n. 120 è molto più semplice nello stile ed era originariamente il luogo di lavoro di Theodoor Vermeulen: accanto alla porta stretta c'è un ampio passaggio verso gli edifici aziendali in mattoni (stalle, garage, laboratorio di lavorazione della pietra, magazzini per ardesie e calce spenta, caldaia, fucina, sala macchine, falegnameria meccanica e padiglione per uffici).
