Il percorso escursionistico Isabellapolder (10 km) ci porta attraverso gli spazi aperti della zona delle Creke. Partiamo dal caffè 't Spoor, a un chilometro e mezzo al di fuori del centro del paese di Boekhoute. Nel paesaggio, le dighe e le creke sono le tracce di una lunga lotta contro il mare. Nomi come Graafjansdijk, Landsdijk, Noorddijk e Isabellapolder fanno riferimento alla difficile bonifica dell'area, che si trova a pochi metri sopra il livello del mare. Il percorso dell'escursione Isabellapolder è adatto per sedie a rotelle e passeggini.
