La Boterhoek, un borgo di Sint-Maria-Oudenhove, conta numerosi boschi con splendide fioriture primaverili. A metà strada, il percorso passa davanti al Boembekemolen, un monumento protetto e centro visitatori di Natuurpunt. Il ritorno avviene lungo il sentiero dei minatori, un antico letto ferroviario.
