Il percorso si snoda lungo il vecchio braccio di Schelda e il fiume stesso. Ti consente di scoprire una fauna e una flora tipiche di una zona umida, ma anche la storia delle paludi (dove un tempo si raccoglievano fieno e piante medicinali) e la navigazione interna. La Sirena di Léaucourt e la sua leggenda, così come i 'fantasmi' (immortalati dallo scrittore Odilon Delimal nel XIX secolo), danno un tocco particolare a questa passeggiata.
