Attraverso il bellissimo Meetjesland si snoda una linea di bunker risalente alla Prima Guerra Mondiale, la 'Hollandstellung'. I tedeschi costruirono questa linea nel 1917 per paura di un attacco alleato dall'Olanda. Questo percorso ciclabile passa accanto a un gran numero di ben 13 bunker e molti altri monumenti. Questo percorso ciclabile attraversa Eeklo, Kaprijke ed Evergem e ti guida lungo i sentieri più belli del Meetjesland.
