La stazione di Eaux-Vives è una stazione ferroviaria della Svizzera sita nel quartiere detto Les Eaux-Vives di Ginevra.
Fino alla sospensione temporanea del servizio, il 27 novembre 2011, la stazione è stata di inizio e termine dei treni francesi TER Rhône-Alpes diretti all'Alta Savoia via Annemasse e dei treni regionali per Évian-les-Bains, La Roche-sur-Foron, Annecy o Saint-Gervais-les-Bains - Le Fayet.
Ne è prevista la riapertura nella nuova infrastruttura come stazione intermedia del CEVA nel dicembre 2019.
La stazione entrò in funzione dal 27 maggio 1888 quando venne messa in servizio la linea ferroviaria tra Ginevra Eaux-Vives , Chêne-Bourg e Annemasse, gestita dalla Compagnia Chemin de fer de l'État de Genève. La stazione venne realizzata di tipo passante perché se ne prevedeva il collegamento con la stazione principale di Cornavin. Nel 1912 questo venne approvato con legge federale, ma non venne mai realizzato per cui la stazione rimase il terminale della linea.
