Faßberg è un comune nello stato tedesco della Bassa Sassonia. Il comune appartiene amministrativamente al Landkreis Celle ed è situato nella regione della Lüneburger Heide. Faßberg conta 6.148 abitanti.
Il nucleo di Faßberg è nato negli anni '30 del XX secolo dopo che fu costruita una base aerea su un pezzo di brughiera. Il nome deriva da una collina alta 92 metri nelle vicinanze chiamata Faßberg. Il luogo è simboleggiato nello stemma comunale con un aereo in un ingranaggio.
