Il comune medico-climatico di Nümbrecht è una comunità nel distretto dell'Oberberg nel sud della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Il territorio comunale di Nümbrecht si trova nel sud del Paese della Bergia, nella zona di transizione tra gli altopiani bergamini e le terre di Oberagger e Wiehl. Il paesaggio è caratterizzato da dolci colline, foreste, prati e terreni agricoli. Circa il 30% della superficie comunale è coperta da boschi. Non ci sono grandi corsi d'acqua a Nümbrecht. La Bröl è il fiume più grande nel territorio comunale.
