Bad Bellingen è un comune nel distretto di Lörrach nel Baden-Württemberg. Il comune forma insieme a Schliengen la Comunità amministrativa concordata di Schliengen.
Bad Bellingen si trova nella Pianura del Reno superiore, direttamente sul Reno e quindi al confine con la Francia e nella regione del Markgräflerland ai margini della Foresta Nera meridionale. Le città più vicine sono Müllheim a circa 10 km a nord e Lörrach a circa 15 km a sud. La città di Mulhouse, che si trova in Francia, si trova a circa 18 km a ovest di Bad Bellingen.
