La chiesa di Immanuel nel distretto di Oberbarmen a Wuppertal è l'ex chiesa riformata del quartiere Wupperfeld e viene utilizzata come chiesa concertistica dal 1984, anno della secolarizzazione.
La chiesa di Immanuel è stata costruita come seconda chiesa per la comunità riformata di Barmen-Gemarke, poiché l'edificio precendente della chiesa Gemarker attuale era diventato troppo piccolo per la comunità, cresciuta enormemente a causa dell'industrializzazione di Barmen. Da un concorso di costruzione del 1866 emerse il architetto di Amburgo Ernst Heinrich Glüer come vincitore; la costruzione fu realizzata secondo i suoi progetti dal 1867 al 1869 e inaugurata il 27 maggio 1869.
