Il Regnitz Settentrionale o Regnitz Inferiore è un affluente destro della Saale Sassone nel distretto di Hof in Alta Franconia.
Ha due corsi d'acqua sorgenti. Il primo nasce a circa 570 m s.l.m. tra Münchenreuth e Gutenfürst e si chiama Heubach nel suo corso superiore, diventando poi Litschenbach da un laghetto vicino al villaggio di Föhrig. Il secondo è l'Aubach, che ha la sua sorgente a circa 580 m s.l.m. vicino alla frazione di Unterhartmannsreuth. La confluenza si trova esattamente sotto l'autostrada A72, a breve distanza a ovest del raccordo autostradale Hochfranken. Da qui, il Regnitz scorre verso sud-ovest attraverso Feilitzsch e raggiunge il Saale a Unterkotzau, che dal 1972 è stato incorporato nel comune di Hof, a 465 m s.l.m. La sua lunghezza totale, compreso il Litschenbach, è di circa 10 km.
