Il lago Einfelder è un lago nel Schleswig-Holstein, in prossimità della città di Neumünster. Si trova nel territorio del distretto di Rendsburg-Eckernförde e della città indipendente di Neumünster. Con una superficie di 168 ettari, è uno dei laghi più grandi del Schleswig-Holstein.
Il lago si trova sulla linea di divisione di due fiumi, a nord l'Eider e a sud lo Stör. Un modesto afflusso proviene dal Dosenmoor nel lago, mentre mancano altri afflussi significativi. Per questo motivo, il lago è principalmente alimentato dalle acque sotterranee e dalle precipitazioni. Un principale deflusso si dirige a sud-est verso l'Aalbek; a nord, il canale Steingraben, regolato da una diga, collega il lago Einfelder con il lago Bordesholmer, le cui acque possono defluire nell'Eider.
