La Eckertalsperre è una diga situata vicino a Bad Harzburg nel Harz, messa in funzione nel 1943, che raccoglie l'Ecker e i suoi affluenti. L'impianto gestito dalle Harzwasserwerke è dedicato all'approvvigionamento idrico potabile, alla protezione dalle inondazioni, all'aumento delle acque basse e alla produzione di energia.
La diga presenta una muratura di gravità come opera di sbarramento. Durante la costruzione è stato utilizzato per la prima volta in Germania calcestruzzo vibrato grossolano con inerti fino a 300 millimetri di dimensione delle particelle. Il muro pesa 420.000 tonnellate.
