La Johanneskirche di Dömitz è la chiesa della comunità ecclesiale di Dömitz nella regione di Parchim, nel distretto ecclesiastico della Mecklenburg della Chiesa Evangelico-Luterana nel Nordamerica.
Dal 1195 è documentata una chiesa a Dömitz. La Johanneskirche è già la quarta costruzione ecclesiastica, poiché le chiese precedenti sono state demolite a causa di strutture fatiscenti o a seguito di un incendio cittadino. La costruzione dell'attuale chiesa cittadina è avvenuta dal 1869 al 1872 secondo i progetti dell'architetto di Schwerin Oppermann, sul sito della chiesa precedente, la più alta elevazione nel territorio cittadino. La chiesa è stata consacrata il 20 ottobre 1872 alla presenza del suo patrono, il Granduca Federico Francesco II.
