Il Ginnasio privato statale riconosciuto St. Ursula di Brühl è un ginnasio privato ed è sotto la responsabilità dell'Arcidiocesi di Colonia dal 1962.
La scuola è stata fondata il 18 aprile 1893 come "Scuola privata superiore per ragazze con pensionato" ed è stata la prima scuola superiore per ragazze nel allora distretto di Colonia. La fondazione è avvenuta grazie alle Ursuline di San Salvatore al loro ritorno dall'esilio nei Paesi Bassi a Roermond.
