Il Kaufpark Eiche è un centro commerciale a Eiche, comune di Ahrensfelde. È gestito da Mfi Management für Immobilien. Su una superficie totale di 160.000 m² si trovano un complesso edilizio a due piani e un parcheggio. Il centro è composto da negozi specializzati, negozi specializzati e ristorazione.
Il centro commerciale, con una superficie lorda di pavimento di 67.000 m², è stato inaugurato nel 1994 sulla Landsberger Chaussee, a pochi metri dietro il confine della città di Berlino. 4.000 posti auto gratuiti e una stazione di servizio sono disponibili per i visitatori. Inizialmente, dopo la riunificazione, nello stesso luogo era stata aperta una filiale della catena alimentare Kaufland. Pochi anni dopo è stato costruito l'attuale complesso edilizio.
