La villa Oscar Freiherr von Kohorn zu Kornegg è una casa borghese costruita nel 1907 in Parkstraße 35 a Chemnitz, che da dagli anni '30 è suddivisa in più appartamenti. La casa, progettata dagli architetti Wenzel Bürger e Karl Johann Benirschke, appartiene stilisticamente alla cosiddetta architettura riformista ed è protetta come monumento.
La casa fu originariamente costruita per il fabbricante Friedrich August Hempel, socio e responsabile personale dell'azienda Gebrüder Lohse, e la sua famiglia. Hempel, che in seguito ha anche svolto il ruolo di fiduciario per la Cassa Nazionale di Assicurazione per l'Industria Tessile di Sassonia a Lipsia, aveva acquistato consapevolmente alla fine del 1908 questo terreno ai margini del parco cittadino, nei cui dintorni già diversi facoltosi e influenti fabbricanti di Chemnitz avevano costruito le loro ville: l'esempio più noto è la villa Esche.
