La Diaconia di Stetten, un tempo Istituto di Stetten, è un'istituzione della Diaconia delle chiese evangeliche con sede nel villaggio di Stetten nel Remstal, parte del comune di Kernen nel Remstal, nel distretto di Rems-Murr vicino a Stoccarda.
La Diaconia di Stetten è nata dall'istituto di cura e assistenza per bambini con disabilità fondato nel 1849 a Riet vicino a Vaihingen/Enz dal medico tubinghese Georg Friedrich Müller, con tre bambini disabili. Nel 1851, a causa di problemi di spazio, si trasferirono a Winterbach. Dopo che anche lì lo spazio divenne insufficiente a causa dell'aumento del numero di residenti, il genero di Müller, Johannes Landenberger, facilitò nel 1863 l'acquisto del castello di Stetten disabitato dalla casa reale wurttemberghese. Nel 1864 l'istituto di cura per epilettici e persone con disabilità aprì nel castello di Stetten.
