La stazione di Wiesloch-Walldorf è una stazione delle città baden-württemberghe Wiesloch e Walldorf. Si trova tra le due città che danno il nome.
Con la costruzione della Ferrovia principale del Baden che va da Mannheim a Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden e Friburgo fino a Basilea, il tratto Karlsruhe-Heidelberg è stato inaugurato il 15 aprile 1843, inizialmente con una larghezza di 1600 mm. Così, Wiesloch e Walldorf hanno potuto beneficiare di un collegamento ferroviario. Pochi anni dopo, la linea è stata ampliata a doppio binario.
